摘要
用X射线荧光光谱仪测量催化剂中轻稀土氧化物的含量,提出了以新鲜催化剂为载体进行配制标样,减少了基体效应。通过选择适当的测量谱线和背景测量角度,较好地克服了元素间的互相干扰,确保了分析的准确度。测量结果与给出的标准值吻合较好。
