摘要
研究了SO2 -4/Fe2 O3 SiO2 固体超强酸对乙酸 /丁醇酯化反应的催化作用 ,得到合适的工艺条件 :复合氧化物中n(Fe)∶n(Si) =1∶2 ,浸渍的H2 SO4浓度 1mol/L ,5 5 0℃预焙烧活化 3h ,催化剂用量 0 .8g ,酯化反应时间 4h ,乙酸的转化率达 96 .3%。在此条件下制得S2 O2 -8/Fe2 O3 SiO2 固体超强酸催化剂 ,并考察了其催化活性 ,实验结果显示该固体超强酸具有更高的催化活性 ,乙酸转化率高达 98.6 %。
The catalytic properties of SO 2- _4/Fe_2O_3-SiO_2 solid superacid in the esterification of acetic acid and butanol were systematically studied. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained: mole ratio of Fe to Si in mixed oxides = 1∶2, impregnant concentration of H_2SO_4=1 mol/L, calcining at 500 ℃ for 3 h, amount of catalyst 0.8 g, reaction time 4 h, conversation of HAc 96.3%. Under these conditions S_2O 2- _8/Fe_2O_3-SiO_2 solid superacid were prepared and the catalytic activity were also studied , it was found that this solid superacid has higher catalytic activity than SO 2- _4/Fe_2O_3-SiO_2, the conversation of HAc reached 98.6%.
