摘要
以氢醌和苄氯为反应原料 ,乙醇和水为反应介质 ,合成了氢醌单苄醚。探讨了反应物摩尔比、反应介质、反应温度、反应时间对氢醌单苄醚收率的影响 ,得出的最佳合成条件是 :n(氢醌 )∶n(苄氯 ) =1.4∶1,反应介质V(乙醇 )∶V(水 ) =2∶1,反应时间 5 0min ,温度 75℃ ,收率可达 6 0 %。
Hydroquinone monobenzyl ether was prepared by hydroquinone and benzylchloride using ethanol and water as solvent.The influences of molar ratio of reactants, reaction solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield were investigated.The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of hydroquinone to benzylchloride 1.41, reaction temperature 75 ℃, reaction time 30 min, and volume ratio of ethanol to water 2∶1. The yield was up to 60%.
