摘要
采用间歇真空精馏的方法 ,从扑尔敏生产废液中分离出 2 对氯苄基吡啶 ,其纯度 >96 % ,总回收率 >80 %。该工艺已实现了工业化生产 ,经济效益显著。
2-p -Chlorobenzyl)pyridine was recovered from the waste liquor of chlorphenamine maleate production by batch vacuum distillation method. The experimental results showed that the purity of the recovered 2-( p -chlorobenzyl)pyridine could be up to 96% and its total yield could be over 80%. The present technology has been industrialized, and the economic effect is outstanding.
