摘要
简要分析了提高合成纤维强度的基本条件和必要因素 ,需要避免和克服的不利因素以及实用要求的某些制约条件。列举了当前经过优化工艺和纤维结构而制得的最高强度无机纤维 (PAN基碳纤维 )和有机纤维 (超强聚乙烯纤维 )的具体制备方法及采取的手段。指出今后随着科技的进步 。
The basic conditions of increasing the strength of synthetic fibers and the unfavourable factors that should be avoided and overcome were illustrated simply. The increasing strength of fibers were always restricted by some demand of practical applications. The specific process and adopted means were enumerated for optimizing the technologies and the structure of PAN-based carbon fiber and UHMWPE fiber with the highest strength. New technologies of further improving the fiber's strength were possible along with the progress in science & technology.
