摘要
研究了采用催化氧化法结合吸附工艺净化含大量有机物和甲烷、一氧化碳等杂质的环己烷氧化尾气以制取高纯氮气的工业化技术 ,提出了环己烷氧化尾气净化制取高纯氮气的工艺流程。研制了用于脱除高浓度甲烷和一氧化碳的贵金属催化剂 ,经过实验和工业侧线试验 ,对研制的催化剂进行了评价 ,筛选出催化剂在氧过量、空速 15 0 0h- 1 下 ,甲烷可脱除至 0 .1μg/g。
The tail gas of cyclohexane oxidation containing lots of impurities like organic polymer, CH 4, CO etc. was purified by catalytic oxidation and adsorption process in order to reclaim highly purified nitrogen. The key to purification lied in removing high-concentration CH 4 and CO. The process of catalytic oxidation with precious metal was recommended for this aim. The designed catalysts were envaluated. The experimental and practical results showed that the content of CH 4 could be decreased to 0.1 μg/g in the presence of the specified catalyst under overdosage oxygen and space rate of 1500 h -1.
