摘要
介绍了腈纶生产中溶剂硫氰酸钠蒸发装置的扩产改造。通过对改造前的装置分析 ,并应用蒸发体积强度和蒸发的传热速率方程的理论 ,实施了提高硫氢酸钠回收蒸发能力的改造。即在原双效蒸发装置的基础上 ,分别新增一台相同换热面积的加热室 ,同时对二效蒸发器进行了更新加大改造。改造后 ,蒸发能力提高近 70 % ,装置生产平衡能力由原来的 5kt/a提高到 9kt/a以上 。
The production expansion of evaporating equipment was introduced for solvent NaSCN in PAN fiber production. The reformation to improve vapourization efficiency was conducted according to the features of the original equipments and the theory of evaporation volume strength and heat transfer rate equation. Based on the original double-effect evaporating equipment, the evaporating units were both equipped with one additional heater with the same heat exchange surface area, and the diameter of the secondary -effect evaporator was enlarged. After reformation, the vapourization efficiency was increased almost by 70%, and the balance ability of the unit was increased from 5 kt/a to 9 kt/a and above.
