从价值链分工看中国经济发展南北差距的扩大

The Expansion of North-South Disparity in China's Economic Development from the Perspective of Labor Division of Value Chain

近年来,中国南北方的经济发展差距呈现扩大趋势。随着中国各地区融入全球价值链分工,地区之间的经济联系更加紧密。因此,对于某一地区经济问题的分析,必须要考虑其他地区对本地区的影响。从全球价值链分工的视角看,南北差距主要体现为:在全国投资趋势性大幅减速的情况下,高度依赖投资拉动的重化工业价值链的北方经济缺乏韧性,经济增速明显下滑且难以恢复。因此,北方地区应做好经济转型的长期谋划,并着力探索重化工业价值链转型升级与重构的所需条件;同时需要推动国内区域价值链分工的协同升级。

With the integration of various regions in China into the labor division of global value chain,the economic connection among various regions is becoming closer.From the perspective of labor division of global value chain,the North-South gap is mainly reflected in following aspects:under the circumstance that the national investment is slowed down sharply,the northern economy,which relies heavily on investment-driven heavy chemical industry value chain,lacks resilience and the economic growth rate is obviously declined and difficult to recover.Therefore,the northern region should make a long-term plan for economic transformation and make efforts to explore conditions necessary for the transformation,meanwhile,they need to promote the coordinated upgrading of labor division in domestic regional value chains.
