中国智能制造的发展路径

Research on the Development Path of Intelligent Manufacturing in China

智能制造是一个不断演进发展的概念,本文提出智能制造的内涵,归纳出三个基本范式:数字化制造、数字化网络化制造、数字化网络化智能化制造——新一代智能制造,明确了中国推进制造业智能转型应采取"并行推进、融合发展"的技术路线,提出了中国智能制造未来发展的战略目标、战略方针和发展路径,进而就中国体制机制保障和政策提出加强和落实智能制造推进机制、加大财税和金融支持、深化国际交流合作等初步建议。

Intelligent manufacturing is an evolving concept which is the main direction of building a manufacturing power.This paper puts forward the connotation of intelligent manufacturing and sums up three basic paradigms:digital manufacturing,digital networked manufacturing and digital networked intelligent manufacturing-a new generation of intelligent manufacturing.It defines the technical route of'parallel advancement and integrated development'for promoting the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry in China,and puts forward the strategic objectives,strategic guidelines and development paths for the future development of intelligent manufacturing in China.Furthermore,it puts forward some preliminary suggestions on strengthening and implementing the promotion mechanism of intelligent manufacturing,increasing fiscal and financial support,deepening international exchanges and cooperation for China’s system and mechanism safeguard and policies.
