新型流变剂在农用薄膜加工中的应用

The Application of Rheological Agent in Processing of Agricultural Film

以LLDPE/LDPE为基料,添加自制新型流变剂FTG,采用LDPE挤出机加工农膜。结果表明,挤出机加工LLDPE的能力大幅度提高,使共混物中的LLDPE含量从原来的30%增至85%,薄膜的物理机械性能明显改善,而主机电流和挤出量未见变化。在添加保温无滴母料条件下,可加工LLDPE总含量达95%的多功能膜,且该膜的力学性能和光学性能均较好,与国外氟弹性体改性剂PPA的应用效果相当。

LLDPE/LDPE is used as base resin and rheological agent made by ourselves is added to produce agricultural film with LDPE extruder.The extruder capacity in processing LLDPE has been greatly increased,the content of LLDPE in the blend compositions has been increased to85%from30%,the physical and mechanical properties have been improved significantly,and result shows that there is no change in the electrical current and extrusion output.When adding the dripless masterbatch used for thermal insulation,the multi-functional film can be produced,and this film has both good mechanical and optical properties,and has a comparative application result with fluoroelastomer modifier PPA produced abroad.
