基于多维城市要素流的武汉城市圈城市联系与功能分析 被引量:34

Urban Connection and Function in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration Based on Multi-Dimensional Urban Factor Flows

摘要 文章结合统计年鉴数据和地理时空大数据,运用多维城市要素流综合分析武汉城市圈内城市间联系与各城市功能,并采用赋值法对4种城市要素流进行评分,进而对武汉城市圈的功能布局与发展提出建议。结果表明:(1)武汉是城市圈的发展中心,'一城独大'态势依旧显著,城市圈整体极化和辐射能力较弱,中低级城市流强度的城市较多。(2)城市圈内城际空间联系不够紧密,且联系程度空间差异较大。(3)根据赋值后的综合结果,从'点线面'的角度对武汉城市圈空间布局给出建议。点:'一三二三'的空间布局,中心城市为武汉,次中心城市为黄石、鄂州和孝感,核心区为咸宁和黄冈,影响区为仙桃、潜江和天门;线:以孝感—武汉—鄂州—黄石、武汉—咸宁、武汉—黄冈为3个发展轴的'小'字型的空间布局形式;面:将武汉城市圈进一步划分为3个发展区,即武汉—鄂州—黄冈—黄石、武汉—咸宁、武汉—孝感—仙桃—潜江—天门。 Integrating data from statistical yearbook and geographic spatiotemporal data, this paper utilises multidimensional urban factor flows to comprehensively analyse functions of different cities within Wuhan urban agglomeration and their urban connections based on each factor flow, and further takes assignment method to score the four urban factor flows. According to above, this paper puts forward suggestions for the functional layout and development of Wuhan urban agglomeration. The results are as follows, 1)Wuhan is the core of the agglomeration development and the situation that one city alone is dominant is still significant. However, the overall polarization and radiation capacity of the urban agglomeration is relatively weak and more cities are in medium or low level of flow intensity; 2)The inter-city space within the agglomeration is not closely related and the differences in these levels of spatial association are relatively large; 3)The suggestion on spatial layout of the Wuhan urban agglomeration is put forward from the perspective of points, lines and areas in this paper according to the result of valuation process. Points:The spatial layout is in "1323" mode. Specifically, Wuhan is the central city with the sub-central cities of Huangshi,Ezhou and Xiaogan, core areas of Xianning and Huanggang and Xiantao and affected zones of Xiantao, Qianjiang and Tianmen. Lines: The spatial layout is in the "small" Chinese character with three development axes, Xiaogan-WuhanEzhou-Huangshi, Wuhan-Xianning and Wuhan-Huanggang; Areas: The Wuhan urban cluster is further divided into three development areas, namely Wuhan-Ezhou-Huanggang-Huangshi, Wuhan-Xianning and Wuhan-Xiaogan-XiantaoQianjiang-Tianmen.
