近17年粤东与闽南地区人居环境变化对比研究

The Comparative Study of Human Settlement Changes in Eastern Guangdong and Southern Fujian Area During 17 Years

通过构建包括经济发展水平、基础设施与公共服务、生态环境和居住环境4个方面的人居环境评价指标体系,应用主成分分析法对粤东和闽南地区7个城市近17年的人居环境进行评价。结果表明:(1)近17年在粤东与闽南七市中,厦门的人居环境最好,改善程度最大,泉州次之,漳州紧随其后;汕头和潮州的人居环境较好,但改善较小,揭阳和汕尾的人居环境较差,但改善程度较大。(2)粤东与闽南地区的人居环境均在不断改善,空间格局基本稳定,但闽南地区人居环境改善的程度大于粤东地区,且两个地区的人居环境差异化处于较高的水平。(3)影响粤东和闽南地区人居环境变化的主要因子是经济发展与公共服务水平。(4)未来粤东与闽南地区的发展需要加强空间地域发展联动,依托区位、地缘、交通和政策等优势,坚持以人为本的城市人居环境建设,实施可持续的城市人居环境发展战略目标。

This paper established evaluation index system from economic development, infrastructure and public service,ecological environment and living conditions; and applied principal component analysis to evaluate human settlement of7 cities in eastern Guangdong and southern Fujian area during 17 years. The results indicate that: 1)Among 7 cities in the area, the human settlement of Xiamen is the best with greatest improvements, followed by Quanzhou and Zhangzhou.Shantou and Chaozhou are good but with few improvements, while Jieyang and Shanwei are poor but with many modifications. 2)The human settlement in the area is improving continuously and the spatial structure is comparatively stable. The degree of improvements in southern Fujian is greater than eastern Guangdong with large gaps. 3)Economic development and public service are the main factors accounted for the differences between them. 4)The interaction development in spatial region could be strengthen in the area, relying on the advantages of location, geography,transportation and policy superiority. Persevering on people-oriented human settlement environment construction to meet sustainable development strategic objectives.
