中国创意产业创新效率及影响因素——基于两阶段DEA模型 被引量:18

Innovation Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors of China’s Creative Industry—Based on the Two-Stage DEA Model

摘要 采用两阶段DEA模型测度了2009—2015年我国创意产业知识开发阶段和经济转化阶段的创新效率,在此基础上构建混合OLS模型、空间滞后模型和空间误差模型,对我国创意产业创新效率影响因素进行了探究。研究表明:(1)我国创意产业整体创新效率值较低,其中知识开发效率表现优于经济转化效率;(2)知识开发效率和整体创新效率具有显著正向空间溢出效应,而经济转化效率不显著;(3)从我国创意产业创新效率影响因素来看,市场结构、第三产业发展水平、社会包容度和政府扶持力度有利于知识开发效率的提升,而对于经济转化效率和整体创新效率来说,无论是第三产业发展水平、政府扶持力度,还是社会科技化水平,均未起到有效促进作用。 The two-stage DEA model is used to measure the innovation efficiency in creative industries of China from2009 to 2015. Based on this, a spatial econometrics panel model is constructed and the influencing factors of creative industries in China are explored. The research shows that: 1)The overall innovation efficiency is 0.449, of which knowledge development efficiency is superior to economic conversion efficiency; 2)The efficiencies of knowledge development stage and overall stage have significant positive spatial correlation, while efficiency of economic conversion stage is not significant; 3)In view of the influencing factors of creative industries’ innovation efficiency in our country, the market structure, the development level of tertiary industry, social inclusiveness and government support are conducive to the improvement of knowledge development efficiency. For economic transformation efficiency and overall innovation efficiency, the development level of tertiary industry, government support, and the level of social science and technology do not play a promoting role.
