湖南省旅游产业集群与区域经济的互动机制

The Harmonic Interaction between Tourism Industry Cluster and Regional Economy in Hunan Province

旅游业是湖南国民经济的支柱产业之一,产业集群已经成为湖南区域经济增长与国民经济发展的重要引擎。文章以湖南的区域经济增长与旅游产业集群发展的互动机制为研究对象,首先,简要阐析了湖南旅游产业集群的发展现状;然后,运用推拉理论,即湖南的旅游产业集群对区域经济发展的拉动作用,以及湖南区域经济发展对旅游产业集群的推动作用两个方面,详细探讨了旅游产业集群和湖南区域经济发展的互动机制。研究发现,2008—2017年湖南旅游业对湖南国民经济增长产生较大的拉动作用,平均贡献率为29.1%;近10年湖南旅游产业集群发展指数均为正数且大于1,说明湖南区域经济对旅游产业集群的间接带动效应较大,对于旅游产业集群的发展具有较大的推动作用。最后,文章提出了湖南的旅游产业集群与区域经济良性发展的对策与建议。

Tourism is one of the pillar industry in Hunan, industry clusters have become an important regional economic development motor in Hunan. In this paper, we take the regional tourism industry clusters and economic interaction mechanism of Hunan Province as a research object, firstly, the paper analyzes the development of Tourism industry cluster status in Hunan; secondly, based on the push-pull theory, we discuss the interaction mechanism from the two aspects respectively, one is the pulling effect of tourism industry clusters for regional economic development in Hunan,the other is the pushing effect of Hunan regional economic development for the tourism industry clusters in Hunan. The results show that tourism industry cluster has played a great role in stimulating national economic growth from 2008 to2017 in Hunan province, with an average contribution rate of 29.1%. In recent ten years, the development index of tourism industry cluster is positive and greater than 1, indicating that the regional economy of Hunan has a greater indirect driving effect on the tourism industry cluster, which means it has a great pusing effect on tourism industry cluster.Finally, the paper proposes some measures of Hunan tourism industry clusters and regional economic interaction.
