Spatial Planning Theory System from the Perspective of Human-Economic Geography

空间规划理论体系是编制空间规划、实施空间治理的科学基础。采用文献综述法、对比分析法,在梳理相关空间规划发展历程与理论演化的基础上,围绕现实需求与挑战,由空间规划体系和空间规划理论的基本构成出发,按照'结构式'的思路,构建'宏观—中观—微观'尺度的空间规划功能性理论和规范性理论,实现空间规划理论的有机衔接,提高空间规划的协调性和科学性。研究认为,需要通过立体思维方式将框架内的各种理论进行综合,转化成能够直接应用于实践工作的理论体系。人文—经济地理学在其长期实践中发展形成了综合性、系统性知识体系和方法体系,具备'立体'思维能力,具有成为空间规划'系统工程师'的先天优势和潜在能力,应强化分支学科的相互融合,兼收相关学科理论,创新面向空间治理需求的理论方法,为空间规划提供理论支撑。

The spatial planning theory systems is the scientific foundation of spatial planning and governance.This paper,applying literature review method and comparative analysis method,conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study on the spatial planning theory systems Focusing on the actual needs and challenges,a framework of spatial planning theoretical system is constructed,including the functional and normative theory on the'macro-medium-micro'scale.It also points out that it is necessary to integrate the various theories in the framework through the three-dimensional thinking method and transform it into a theoretical system that can be applied directly to practical work.In long-term practice,the human-economic geography has developed a comprehensive knowledge system and corresponding methodologies.It possesses'three-dimensional'thinking capabilities and inherent advantages to become a'systems engineer'for space planning.It should strengthen the integration of subdiscipline,integrate relevant discipline theories,and innovate theoretical systems to provide support for spatial planning.
