摘要
在中国经济步入新常态背景下,文化产业助力区域转型升级成为重要研究议题。文章依托三次全国经济普查数据,利用'规模—效率'二维框架分析得到中国文化产业整体呈现东部规模与效率具有全面优势,中西部地区需要整体提升的空间格局。其形成机理在于区域经济与文化产业发展的耦合程度高,由于市场的放大效应和价格指数效应以及政策的先导作用,造成较强的累积循环因果链条。并结合各个省、自治区、直辖市'十三五'时期规划纲要中提出的发展目标进行空间自相关分析发现,这种空间不均衡格局会进一步极化。最后提出不同区域可结合规模—效率模型推进差异化发展和特色文化资源开发。
In the context of the new normal of China’s economy, it is an important research topic for cultural industries to help regional transformation and upgrading. Based on data from three national economic censuses and applying the 'scale-efficiency' two-dimensional framework analysis, the spatial pattern of Chinese culture industry shows that the scale and efficiency of the eastern region have comprehensive advantages, and the central and western regions need to be upgraded. The formation mechanism of the pattern is that the coupling coordination degree of regional economy and the development of the cultural industry is high. Due to the market’s amplification effect, the price index effect, and the policy’s leading role, it creates a strong cumulative circular causal chain. Analysing of the development goals proposed in the planning outlines of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities during the'Thirteenth Five-Year Plan'period by the spatial autocorrelation, it is found that the imbalance spatial pattern will be further polarized. Finally, it puts forward that different regions can focus on the differentiated development of different types of regions and characteristic cultural resources development.
