中国软件产业的空间联系、演化特征及其经济增长效应 被引量:14

Spatial Connection, Evolution Characteristics and Economic Growth Effect of Chinese Software Industry

摘要 作为推进“互联网+”战略的重要产业,软件产业已经成为相关研究的热点。利用引力模型、空间自相关和空间面板数据模型等方法分析了中国软件产业的空间联系、演化特征及其经济增长效应。研究发现:空间联系强度整体上逐年上升但内部结构发生变化,表现为京津和江浙沪间核心位置互换、极化与扩散并存且有阶段性侧重两大特征;存在空间联系的冷热点集聚现象且集聚区“先极化后扩散”;省域间空间联系从“核心化”的简单网络结构发展为“去核心化”的多层级复杂网络结构;软件产业空间联系正向影响本地经济增长但会通过跨域虹吸效应负向影响其他地区经济增长。建议将软件产业发展重点从人才转向所服务的产业,为目标区域产业提供特色化的软件产业服务。 As an important industry to promote the "Internet+" strategy, the software industry has attracted the attention of relevant researcher. Based on the gravity model, the method of spatial self-correlation and spatial panel data model, this article analyzes spatial connection, evolution characteristics and economic growth effect of Chinese software industry.The conclusions are as follows: the spatial connection degree increases yearly, but the internal structure changes which is manifested by two characteristics, one is the core exchange from Beijing and Tianjin to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai,another is coexistence and alternation between polarization and diffusion. There are hot spots and cold spots, which are polarized first and then diffused. The interprovincial spatial connection progresses from the core structure of simple network relationship to the de-core structure of multi-level and complex network structure. The spatial connection of software industry positively affects local economic growth, but negatively affects economic growth in other regions through siphon effect. This paper puts forward that the development focus of software industry should be shifted from talents to the industries we serve, and provide special software industry service to the target region industry.
