集聚的原生性特征与地区转型发展的理论分析框架

Theoretical Framework of the Primary Features of Industrial Agglomeration and Regional Development

在分析产业集聚的两个原生性特征——企业根植性、空间外部性分别作用于地区转型发展的基础上,建构一个它们共同作用于地区转型发展的综合理论框架,然后分析综合理论框架下的地区转型发展的空间演化和时间演化,最后基于产业集聚提出促进地区转型发展的深入思考。研究表明:(1)研究地区转型发展要从产业集聚的两个原生性特征的共同作用入手;(2)企业根植性和空间外部性共同作用于地区转型发展的机理是它们共同作用下的累积循环效应,作用形式有“弱根植性,弱外部性”、“弱根植性,强外部性”、“强根植性,弱外部性”、“强根植性、强外部性”四种;(3)基于企业根植性和空间外部性的地区转型发展形式具有空间演化和时间演化特征,空间演化表现为阶梯状的演进,时间演化表现为可能出现路径锁定和负外部性。

On the analysis of the effect of two primary features of industrial agglomeration—firm embeddedness and spatial externalities on regional transformation and development respectively, the paper constructs a comprehensive theoretical framework under their joint action. Then the paper further studies the spatial and time evolution of regional transformation and development under the joint action of two primary features. Finally, the author concludes with some considerations on the regional transformation and development. Research shows that:(1) Analyzing regional economic transformation and development should be starts from the joint action of two primordial features of industrial agglomeration;(2) The mechanism of firm embeddedness and spatial externality in regional transformation and development is cumulative cycle effect, the forms of firm embeddedness and spatial externality in regional transformation and development are "weak embeddedness, weak externality", "weak embeddedness, strong externality", "strong embeddedness, weak externality", "strong embeddedness, strong externality";(3) The spatial evolution characteristic of the forms which mentioned above is ladder-like, and the temporal evolution characteristics of the forms which mentioned above may be Path-locked and negative externalities.
