京津冀城市群物流企业空间格局演化及影响因素 被引量:37

Spatial Evolution and Influencing Factors of Logistics Enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

摘要 通过国家企业信用信息公示系统收集京津冀城市群物流企业的信息,利用核密度分析和热点分析方法对1995、2005、2015年京津冀城市群物流企业空间分布特征进行研究,采用地理加权回归模型(GWR)分析物流企业演化的影响因素。结果表明:1995—2015年,京津冀城市群物流企业在数量上急剧增加,物流企业的空间分布由分散趋于集中,形成北京市、天津市及石家庄市三大集聚中心,物流企业的分布区域由京津冀城市群西北部向东南部转移,但北京市及周边区县物流企业发展水平始终较高。对比京津冀城市群2015年商业物流企业和国有物流企业的区位选择可以发现,商业物流企业布局受第三产业比重、道路密度、居民可支配收入、企业集聚的影响。该四类因素对物流企业布局的影响均存在区域上差异,企业集聚因素对京津冀城市群各区县物流企业布局的影响最大,而居民可支配收入对物流企业布局的影响区域差异最大。 This paper collects the information of the logistics enterprises of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration through the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System and describes the spatial distribution characteristics of the logistics enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration in 1995,2005 and 2015 by using the Kernel density and hot spot analysis methods.This paper uses geographically weighted regression(GWR)model to analyze the influencing factors.The results show that the total number of logistics enterprise in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration increased sharply from 1995 to 2015.The spatial pattern shifts from the dispersion distribution to the cluster and forms three centers of agglomeration which are Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang,and the distribution area of logistics enterprises transferred from the northwest of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration to the southeast.The development level of logistics enterprises in Beijing and surrounding counties has always been in high level.Compared the location choice of the state-owned logistics enterprises with the commercial logistics enterprises in Beijing-TianjinHebei urban agglomeration in 2015,the distribution of commercial logistics enterprises is influenced by four factors:the proportion of the third industries,the road density,the disposable income of the resident and the agglomeration of the enterprises.There are regional differences in the four factors on the distribution of logistics enterprises,and the enterprise agglomeration has the greatest impact on the distribution of logistics enterprises in each district,while the regional difference in the influence of disposable income on the layout of logistics enterprises is the largest.
