摘要
建构土地利用格局优化模式是实现土地资源合理配置的重要途径。文章以松嫩高平原典型区域巴彦县为研究区,采用GIS和RS技术,利用MATLAB编程,改进多智能体粒子群(MA-PSO)优化模型,建构土地利用格局优化模式。结果表明:①研究区土地利用格局的数量结构和空间布局优化效果显著,优化模式能够实现研究区粮食生产、生态安全和社会经济的协调发展,有利于研究区生态安全目标的实现。②在研究区政府Agent、职能部门Agent和公众Agent共同作用下,建构研究区O-I-A土地利用格局优化模式,包括政府Agent主导的社会经济发展模式、职能部门Agent主导的生态安全模式和公众Agent主导的粮食生产模式。③经过验证,应用该模式研究区土地利用空间格局与研究区土地利用规划方案和实际相符,充分说明该研究方法与思路的可行性。研究成果可为国土空间规划编制提供理论依据和技术支撑。
Constructing optimization model of land use pattern is an important way to realize the allocation of land resource.This study takes Bayan County,a typical region of Songnen Plain,as the study area,and improves multi-agent particle swarm optimization model(MA-PSO)based on GIS,RS and MATLAB to construct optimization model of the land use pattern in Bayan County.1)The optimization of land use pattern in quantitative structure and spatial distribution is significant in the study area.The optimization model can realize the coordinated development among the grain production,ecological security and social economy in the study area,which is beneficial to the realization of ecological security.2)Under the action of the government agent,functional department agent and the public agent in the research area,the optimization model of land use pattern of O-I-A in the study area is constructed,which includes the mode of socio-economic development led by government agent,the ecological security model dominated by functional department agent and the mode of grain production led by public agent.3)The study puts forward the decision results of spatial function structure dominated by'four development nodes,four development axes and five functional zones',which is in accordance with the land use planning scheme and the actual situation in the study area,and fully explains the feasibility of the research methods and ideas.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the compilation of territorial spatial planning.
