摘要
研究采用热裂解技术,将废旧塑料制品中原树脂高聚物进行彻底的大分子链裂解,使其回到低分子量状态制成燃料油,通过分析油品的密度、馏程和溴价等性质衡量产品质量。该方法的经济价值可观,并可消除环境的“白色污染”。
Pyrolytic cracking technology is studied,thorough cracking is performed to the macromolecular chains of high polymer of the resin in waste and spent plastics to make it return into low molecular weight state and become fuel oil.Product quality is judged by analyz-ing the oil properties such as density,distillation range and bromine value.This process has a significant economic benefit and can elimi-nate environmental″white pollution″.
