摘要
武夷菌素是一种高效、广谱、低毒的大公害生物农药,其产生菌为不吸水链霉菌武夷变种,主要活性组分武夷菌素A为结构全新的具有胞苷骨架的核苷类抗生素。武夷菌素能通过干扰病原菌蛋白质的合成而起到防治真菌病害的作用,对黄瓜白粉病等作物真菌病害的防治效果为70%~98%。菌种选育获得的高产菌株摇瓶发酵水平稳定在4000μg/ml以上,并已实现工业化生产。
Wuyiencin is a kind of pollution-free biological fungicide which characterized by high-efficiency, broad spectrum and low toxicity. It was isolated from the culture filtrate of Streptomyces ahygroscopicus var. wuyiensis. Based on spectrum analysis, Wuyiencin A, which is the main component of Wuyiencin, was identified as a new nucleoside antibiotic containing a cytidine skeleton. Wuyiencin had a marked effect on controlling various crop fungi diseases by disturbing the protein biosynthesis in pathogen. The control effects were 70% -98% in preventing cucumber powdery mildew, tomato leaf mold, etc. By means of compound irradiation, a mutant with high production of more than 4000μg/ml was selected. Commercial production of Wuyiencin has been realized.
