摘要
锅炉是工矿企业大量使用的一种主要动力设备。但是目前大部分在用锅炉的热效率最高也只能达到设计效率的80%左右,影响锅炉热效率的因素很多。通过分析过量空气系数α与排烟热损失、化学不完全燃烧热损失和固体不完全燃烧热损失的关系,指出了α对锅炉燃烧效率的的重要性,并推导出锅炉运行时最佳过量空气系数α1的计算公式。
Boiler is the main power equipment widely used in industrial and mining enterprises.However,at present most of the highest thermal efficiency of boiler can only gain 80% of the designed efficiency,as there are many factors affecting the thermal efficiency of the boiler.By analyzing the linkage among the excess air coefficient α and smoke exhaust heat loss,chemical incomplete combustion heat loss and solid incomplete combustion heat loss,this paper points out the importance of α on the efficiency of the boiler combustion,and deduces the runtime formula for calculating the optimum excess air coefficient α1.
