摘要
高校管理人员队伍专业化是高等教育发展的必然要求,也是管理人员自身职业发展的需要。目前,高校管理人员队伍还存在着专业性不强、结构不合理、职业倦怠现象较严重等问题,需要从加强领导重视、规范选聘标准、注重培训、建立科学合理的考评和激励机制、提高管理人员的研究能力、完善收入分配和专业技术职务机制等方面进行专业化建设。
The specialization of university administrative staff is the inevitable requirement for the development of higher education and the need for their own occupation development. At present,problems still exist among university administrative staff. For instance,professionalism is not strong,personnel structure is not rational and the phenomenon of occupation burnout is serious. Professional construction should be implanted by strengthening the leadership attention,regulating the selection standard,paying attention to training,establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism,improving the management of research ability,improving the income distribution and professional technical position mechanism and other aspects.
