Chinese Language Teacher's Quality and Ability in Vocational Colleges

高职语文教师肩负着培养高职学生人文素养与科学精神的重任,是高职院校实施职业技术素质教育的主体。高职语文教师必须是人文素养好、文化底蕴深、人格魅力强、育人水平高的优秀教师。本文拟从优秀高职语文教师应具有的素质与能力方面来探讨高职语文教师的内涵。

Chinese teachers in higher vocational colleges,who are the main implementation of vocational quality education,shoulder the mission of cultivating humanities and scientific spirit of higher vocational students. Chinese teacher in higher vocational colleges must be those who have excellent humanities,deep cultural inside information,good personality charm,and high level of education. This paper intends to explore the connotation of Chinese teachers in higher vocational colleges from the necessary quality and ability that excellent higher vocational Chinese language teachers should obtain.
