高职图书馆工作与项目课程改革的动态均衡

摘要 项目课程改革是"十二五"期间我国高职院校内涵建设的首要难题。高职院校图书馆工作与项目课程改革之间的供求失衡,对整体推进高职院校项目课程改革具有直接和间接的负面影响。本文通过解析高职院校图书馆工作与项目课程改革供求失衡的主要原因,论证了高职院校图书馆工作与项目课程改革动态均衡发展的理想模型和传导机制,提出了实现高职院校图书馆工作与项目课程改革动态均衡发展的策略选择。 Project-based Curriculum reformation is the crucial problem for connotation construction in higher vocational colleges during' the Twelfth Five-year Program'. Imbalance between supply and demand in library work and Project-based Curriculum reformation takes negative effects directly or indirectly on solidly prepelling Project-based Curriculum reformation in higher vocational colleges. It,through analyzing the main reason which results in Imbalance between supply and demand in library work and Project-based Curriculum reformation,demanstrates ideal models and transmission mechanism of dynamic balance development in library work and Project-based Curriculum reformation,and presents the strategy alternatives to realize dynamic balance development in library work and Project-based Curriculum reformation in the paper.
