摘要
本次设计的数控直流电阻箱主要由恒定电流源模块、显示模块、键盘模块、电源模块组成。以MSP430单片机为核心控制恒流源,恒流源电路由MOSFET、高精度运算放大器、采样电阻等组成,通过键盘输入给定值,经D/A转换器将数字信号转换为模拟信号,控制电流。采用电流反馈电路控制精度,经多次调试改进,实现了直流电阻箱的功能,设计基本达到了题目基本部分和发挥部分的要求。
The NC DC resistance box designed is mainly composed of a constant current source module,display module,keyboard module,and power supply module. With the single-chip microcomputer as the core to control constant current source,constant current source circuit is made up of MOSFET,high precision operational amplifier,sampling resistance,etc. Through the keyboard input of a given value,the D/A converter converts the digital signal to analog signal to control current. After repeatedly debugging and modification the current feedback circuit control precision,the DC resistance box function is realized. The design of the basic part of the topic and the requirements to play a part are achieved.
