以消防工程技术专业实训基地建设为例,探索校警企合作共建校内生产性实训基地的高等职业教育改革重点问题。按照职业性、开放性和实践性原则,建设适用于消防工程技术专业理实一体的共享型校内生产性实训基地,实现教学、职业培训、技术服务和公众安全消防教育等功能;成立由校警企三方成员共同参加的实训基地运行管理机构和运行机制,引进消防和化工企业先进的管理模式和企业文化,创造真实的企业生产环境和氛围,实现校警企合作、工学结合培养目标。

The paper takes an example of practical base construction which is targeting at fire engineering training to explore the key problems in higher vocational educational reform, such as campus productive and practical base building under campus- police cooperation. Its ultimate goal is to build a campus productive,practical and sharing base which is applicable to integrate fire engineering specialized technology theory with its practice, to accomplish teaching, vocational training, technical services and public security fire control education; to establish an operation management and mechanism that consist of members of campus, police and enterprise, to introduce advanced culture and management of fire fighting and chemical enterprises, to create a simulation environment and atmosphere for enterprise production, to achieve a campus- police- enterprise cooperation and work- integrated learning objectives.
