摘要
本文通过与304不锈钢对比,采用变温失重法研究了Ti_(35)Zr_(30)Be_(16)Cu_(7.5)Co_(11.5)块体非晶合金在3 mol/L、5 mol/L HCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明:Ti_(35)Zr_(30)Be_(16)Cu_(7.5)Co_(11.5)块体非晶合金和不锈钢在HCl溶液中均发生钝化现象,并且受温度、浓度的影响较大。Ti_(35)Zr_(30)Be_(16)Cu_(7.5)Co_(11.5)块体非晶合金在313K,5 mol/L HCl溶液中浸泡192 h后,其腐蚀率为14.6%;304不锈钢在同等条件下其腐蚀率达到了58%。探讨了Ti-Zr-Be-Cu-Co块体非晶合金及304不锈钢在HCl溶液中的耐蚀性机理。
Corrosion resistance of Ti_(35)Zr_(30)Be_(16)Cu_(7.5)Co_(11.5) bulk amorphous alloy in 3 mol/L and 5 mol/L HCl solutions was studied by variable-temperature weight loss measurement, compared with the 304 stainless steel. The results show that the Ti_(35)Zr_(30)Be_(16)Cu_(7.5)Co_(11.5) bulk amorphous alloys and the 304 stainless steel have passive characters in 3 mol/L and 5 mol/L HCl solutions. And corrosion resistance of the bulk amorphous alloy and stainless steel is influenced largely by temperature and concentration of HCl solutions. The corrosion rate of Ti_(35)Zr_(30)Be_(16)Cu_(7.5)Co_(11.5) bulk amorphous alloy in 313 K, 5 mol/L HCl solutions to soak for 192 h is 14.6%, but the corrosion rate for 304 stainless steel is 58% under the same condition. The corrosion resistance mechanism is investigated for the Ti-Zr-Be-Cu-Co bulk amorphous alloy and the 304 stainless steel in HCl solutions.
