摘要
本文以《石油加工工艺学》课程教学为例,总结在教学中运用双因素理论、期望理论、自我效能理论、综合激励型理论等激励理论,获得的经验和体会,以期为提高高职教师教学效果提供有效的方法和途径。
Taking 'petroleum processing technology' course as an example, this paper summarizes the experience of application of incentive theory gained in teaching, such as two-factor theory, expectancy theory, self-efficacy theory, comprehensive incentive theory to provide effective methods to improve the teaching effect of higher vocational teachers.
