现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训与现代职业教育相结合,学校与企业联合招生招工,教师与师傅联合传授知识技能,工学交替、岗位育人,校企联合培养行业企业需要的高素质技术技能型人才的一种新型职业教育制度。探索和建立现代学徒制,整体推进职业教育的改革与发展,对我国现代职业教育的发展和完善具有重要的战略意义。

Modern apprenticeship is the combination of the traditional apprenticeship and modern education,which demands joint enrollment and recruitment of school and enterprise,teachers and masters' joint imparting knowledge and skills,the alternation of work and study,and post education.It is a new vocational education system to train high-quality technical skills which are required by enterprises.To explore and establish a modern apprenticeship and advance the overall reform and development of vocational education has important strategic significance on improving modern vocational education of our country.
