Research on the Electronics Technology Application Specialty Post Survey and Curriculum Reform

为使电子技术应用专业的教学改革更适应企业对人才的需要,我们对应用电子专业毕业生就业岗位及岗位群分布和企业对毕业生能力和素质要求等进行了企业走访、调研,在此基础上对应用电子专业教学改革从人才培养目标、课程设置、教学模式改革以及教学评价等方面提出了建设性意见。

To make the teaching reform of electronics technology application specialty more adaptable to the needs of enterprises for talents,we visit and investigate many enterprises to get the information of electronics technology application specialty graduates' employment and post group distribution and ability and quality requirements of the enterprises on graduates.Based on the investigation,constructive suggestions are put forward on the aspects of talent training target,curriculum,teaching reform and teaching evaluation.
