摘要 本文采用单因素试验确定了正交试验的条件,然后采用正交试验法,探讨丹参酮ⅡA提取的最优条件,分别讨论了浸泡时间、回流时间、乙醇浓度和乙醇用量对提取率的影响并优选出了用乙醇热回流法提取丹参酮ⅡA最优方案:即以12倍量95%乙醇浸泡丹参原料24小时后,热回流两次,每次30分钟。利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测丹参酮ⅡA的收率为25.6%。 Factors of orthogonal experiment are determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment is used to discuss the best extracted condition of tanshinone ⅡA. The influence of soaking time,refluxing time, ethanol concentration and dosage to yield is discussed respective. And then the best project of extracted tanshinone ⅡA using ethanol thermal influence is selected. The results show that the best one is 12 times of the alcohol used with 95% alcohol, and the time of soaking 24 h to extract 30 min per time. The yield of tanshinone ⅡA tested by HPLC analysis is 25.6%.
