高职公共基础课教师“一师三员”的素质与能力结构及培育路径

摘要 在高职院校人才培养方案中,面向全体学生开设的公共基础课程及技术基础课程学时约占总学时的四分之一,任课教师比例与之相当。这支较为庞大的师资队伍的教学质量既关系到技术技能人才的素质之"高",又关系到高职生的职业发展之"远",其所授课程与所开展的教育对受众群体的影响广泛而深远,因而本文提出对公共基础课程教师需进行"一师三员"的素质教育职责定位。 In the scheme of higher vocational education talent training, public basic courses and technical basic courses for all the students account for about a quarter of the total class hours and the teachers are in equal proportions. The relatively large number of teachers teaching quality relates not only to the'highness'of technical quality but also to the 'farness' of professional development of higher vocational students, which has an extensive and profound influence on the audience.Therefore,this paper puts forward that the teachers need to carry out the quality education function of 'One Teacher Three Identities' of the public basic course.
