本论文基于金融保险行业发展的视角,从金融应用类人才市场需求入手,深入明确与金融保险行业特点紧密结合的人才培养目标,同时分析金融保险领域各个就业岗位的人才需求,构建适应多方位、多角度的人才培养,从而提高金融保险的人才培养质量。

From the perspective of the development of financial insurance industry, this paper analyzes the talent cultivating objectives of combining the characteristics of financial and insurance industry starting fromthe market demand of financial applications. Moreover, it analyzes personnel needs of the various job positions in the field of financial insurance and develops talents adapting to the multiple, multi-angle requirements to improve the quality of financial insurance personnel training.
