摘要
积极心理学改变以往消极心理学以问题人群为研究对象的研究取向,转而以研究正常人的积极心理品质、个体的健康幸福与和谐发展为主要内容。而素质教育背景下的高职教育人才培养要求学生在掌握专业技能的同时也要提升自身的道德修养、个性发展以及身心协调发展,因此,积极心理学对高职大学生的教育具有积极的指导意义。
Positive psychology is the latest development trend of the modern psychology, which is a change in the past negative psychology taking the problem people as the research object. Its research orientation turns to study the normal person's positive psychological quality, individual's health happiness and harmonious development. Under the background of quality education, the goal of higher vocational education is to train students into high quality talents. Students are required to master professional skills, but also to enhance their own moral self-cultivation, personality development. Therefore, positive psychology has an instructive significance to the education of higher vocational college students.
