摘要
高职院校青年教师职业生涯初期在个人师德建设、教育理论学习、社会实践经验积累等方面存在一定不足之处,影响业务素质的提高,通过对其客观存在问题的分析,提出相应解决策略,以全面提升青年教师业务素质。
Higher vocational young teachers lack of code morality, educational theory, social practice experience and other aspects in their early career, which affects the improvement of their professional quality.Analyzing the problem in existence, corresponding solutions are proposed in order to improve young teacher's service quality in educational job.
