摘要
数控机床是现代制造业发展的重要基础,它关系到一个国家的经济实力和综合国力。现在大部分企业都采用数控机床作为核心的加工工具,如果能提前对其进行故障预测,将会避免企业的经济损失。数控机床是集机械,液压,电气与一体的设备,其故障频率最高的位置就是电气控制系统。因此,研究数控机床电气控制系统故障频率的发展趋势,既是对机床电能配送的重要保障,也是为后续的使用和设计提供度量。本文通过随机时间序列法建立某型国产数控机床电气控制系统的故障频率预测模型,并对其进行预测,以保证故障频率预测值的准确度。
As industrial tools in the equipment manufacturing industry, CNC machine possess a very sophisticated structure. The various parts of the machine may arising failure from time to time with the characteristic of random. The characteristic can provide theoretical basis to predict the failure frequency of CNC with time series method. The specification of the speed and the accuracy of CNC are decided by the function of servo system in CNC machine, therefore it is very important to research into the development trend of the failure frequency of servo system in CNC machine. In order to provide standard for subsequent use and design, this article established forecasting mode of a certain type of domestic servo system in CNC machine with time series method, and predicted it to ensure the accuracy of the prediction. It can subsequent some measures for use and design, and can also be used as the basis for design improvements in future.
