摘要
在工业生产中,作为完成物料运输任务的自动控制小车,已经逐渐取代了单纯依靠人力的手工运输。目前,对运料小车的控制主要有数字集成控制电路、单片机、可编程序控制器等。由于可编程序控制器有可靠性高、环境适应能力强、容易对产品进行实时改良等特点,所以工厂中主要采用可编程控制器对工厂中运料小车进行控制,本论文编程器采用西门子公司的S7-200,完成了一整套控制输入输出分配表、硬件接线图和梯形图,为工厂更好的实现自动化提供了理论依据。
In industrial production,automatic control trolley for material transportation task has gradually replaced manpower relying solely on the manual transport. At present,the control methods of transport trolley are digital integrated circuit,single chip microcomputer control,programmable controller,etc. Because the programmable controller has the features of high reliability,strong environmental adaptability,ability of real-time improvement of products,the programmable controller can be applied to control the transport trolley with the Siemens S7-200 programmer. It completes the control of a set of input and output allocation table,hardware,wiring diagram and ladder diagram to provide a theoretical basis for the factory automation.
