浅析校园视频监控系统的使用与安全管理

On the Use and Safety Management of Campus Video Monitoring System

校园安全管理一改以人力为主的管理模式,充分利用现代科学网络视频传输技术,能够从全方位、多角度大量采集视频信息,可实现24小时的实时监控。为达到人防和技防的完美结合,从设备安装到监视系统的正常使用,都要充分发挥人的能动性与制度管理的科学性,本文通过对视频监控系统使用过程中的亲身体验,从监控设备的使用和安全管理的角度进行论述,旨在能够充分利用视频监控系统,通过科学技术手段来提高校园安全的保障能力。

Changing human based management model,campus security management makes full use of modern science and network video transmission technology,being able to capture video information from all aspects and multiple angles,achieving 24 hours of real-time monitoring. In order to achieve the perfect combination of human defense and technology defense,we should give full play to the human initiative and the science of system management when installing and using the monitoring system.Based on the personal experience of using video monitoring system,this paper studies from the point of view of using monitoring equipment and safety management,being aiming at making full use of video surveillance system to improve the security of campus security through scientific and technological means.
