摘要
本文根据零件加工实训时孔类零件检测的实际,结合《GBT1957-2006光滑极限量规技术条件》标准,从节省材料、制作简易、检测方便、提高孔用塞规检测孔类零件的利用率和效率等出发,介绍了实用型孔用塞规的研制过程。也为学生今后开拓创新思路与发展提供了一个有用的素材。
Based on the inspection of actual practice of hole parts in parts machining training and the standard of 'GBT1957-2006 Smooth Limit Gauge Technical Conditions', the development process of a new type of practical plug gauge is introduced to save the material, make simply, detect easily and improve the utilization and efficiency of hole detection with the plug hole. It provides a useful material for students' innovation and development in the future.
