高职院校“工学结合”理念指导下的专业英语教学模式探析

On Specialized English Teaching Mode under the Guidance of “Combination of Learning with Working” in Higher Vocational Colleges

工科高职院校专业英语教学是职业技术素质教育的重要组成部分,培养能够适应因社会经济高速发展所产生的人才空缺的高素质技术技能型人才,推动经济发展和为提高就业率提供支撑,因而"工学结合"的培养模式指导下的英语教学改革也势在必行。全面开展职业技术素质教育背景下深化校企合作下的教学资源共享,完善英语学科的"工学结合"学分政策,引入人才评价机制,通过构建教学内容的模块化、教学方法的多样化、教学主体多元化的培养机制,更有助于学生自主学习能力的培养。

Specialized English teaching in science-dominated higher vocational colleges serves as an important part of vocational and technical quality education, which is expected to cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents capable of filling the talent gap caused by rapid social and economic development, hence promoting economic development and providing support for employment rate increase.Therefore, English teaching reform under the cultivation mode of'Combination of Learning with Working'is also imperative. Under the background of comprehensive vocational and technical quality education, we should deepen the sharing of teaching resources under the cooperation of school and enterprise, perfect the credit policy of learning and working combination in the discipline of English, introduce talent evaluation mechanism, and construct a cultivation mechanism featured by modularization in teaching content,diversification in teaching method and plurality in teaching subject, which are conducive to the development of students' autonomous learning ability.
