摘要
凤凰山铁矿副立井,地层为寒武系灰岩、页岩、石英砂岩,岩性坚硬且破碎,出露于地表,含水丰富。治水方法,采取地面预注浆法。施工中,针对破碎带的硬岩的造孔,选择了合理的钻进参数和适合该地层的钻头。注浆时,地面发生跑浆,裂隙中的泥质、松散的砂粒,阻碍浆液的扩散,采取了相应的技术措施,对常用的注浆参数,结合水文地质特征进行了调整,可供相似地层的防治水借鉴。
The strata in the phoenix mountain iron mine auxiliary vertical shaft is Cambrian limestone , shale ,quartz sandstone ;the lithology is hard and crushing which exposed on the earth’s surface with rich water.The method of water control adopts ground grouting.During the construction ,the hole was aimed at hard rock of crushing zone ;the reasonable drilling paramenters and the bit w hich is suitable for this strata was choosed.The corresponding technical measures are taken when the slurry run away and the diffusion of slurry is hindered by the mud and loose sand in the fracture ;the commonly used grouting parameters is adjusted in combination with hydrogeological characteristics during construc-tion ,which can be referenced by water controlling of similar strata.
