摘要 千米深井井筒安装施工中,采用3层半吊盘作为辅助设施施工,从上到下依次施工井筒标准段构件、非标构件、电缆、管路等构件,解决了符合各类立井的统一结构型式施工吊盘问题,实现了快速安全施工;深井安装质量控制采用整体稳大线工艺,提高了罐道及梁的安装精度;采用封闭式吊桶,变频稳车集控技术,视频监控装置等先进施工技术,对井筒装备施工进行全过程监控,解决了千米深井装备安装中的施工吊盘、立井稳线、吊桶、设备、监控、通讯、一次成井等的施工技术难题,为千米深井的施工积累了经验。 When install shaft with depth over 1000m ,we use three layer half stage as auxiliary facilities construction.the order is shaft construction standard components and non-standard components ,cables and components such as pipeline from top to bottom ,this order solve the problem of construction crane plate of the various types of vertical shaft the w hich conform to the unity structure construction stage , and realize rapid construction. The installation quality of the deep shaft is controlled by the whole line technology ,improve the installation precision of the guide and the beam :Using advanced construction technology such as closed bucket ,frequency conversion control technology of steady vehicles set ,video monitoring device and so on.We monitor the whole process of construction of shaft.We solve a lot of construction technical problems of the installation of shaft with depth over 1000m ,such as equipment installation in construction stage ,vertical shaft line ,bucket ,equipment ,monitoring ,communication , accumulated experience for the construction of shaft with depth over 1 000m.
