摘要
近年来,随着采掘机械化程度和开采强度的提高,井下作业场所粉尘浓度急剧增加,特别是岩巷综掘工作面,粉尘分散度和游离SiO2含量很高,大量高浓度粉尘悬浮于矿井空气中,对作业人员的身体健康构成危害,且降低工作面能见度,制约着巷道的掘进速度与安全,因此,岩巷综掘防尘已成为矿区粉尘防治工作的重中之重。本文针对淮南矿区岩巷综掘工作面综合除尘实际情况主要介绍、分析了以泡沫除尘、湿式除尘风机为主的综合除尘技术,通过合理布局相关设备、设施及优化参数,以湿式除尘风机为主的综合除尘技术除尘效率达到了90%以上,确立了以湿式除尘风机为主的综合除尘技术在淮南矿区的推广、应用,构建了以人为本、和谐、环保矿区。
In recent years,with the improvement of mining mechanization and production strength,underground workplace dust concentrations increased dramatically,especially rock lane excavation face,high dust dispersion and free SiO2 content,a large number of high concentrations of dust suspended in the air,the health of workers constitute a hazard,and reduce the visibility of the face,which restricts the roadway driving speed and safety,therefore,rock lane has become a top priority of mine digging dust dust prevention work.In this paper,Huainan mining area rock lane excavation face reality introduces integrated cleaning analyzed foam dust,wet dust removal technology-based,integrated fan,through the rational distribution of relevant equipment,facilities and optimize the parameters to the main wet dust blower integrated dust collection efficiency technology reached 90%above,established a fan-based,integrated wet dust removal technology in Huainan mining area of promotion and application,to build a people-oriented,harmonious,environmentally friendly mining.
