摘要
随着煤矿机械化程度的不断提高,将智能控制理论应用到井下巷道综掘作业施工过程中。通过运用PLC主控器、工业总线通信技术和视频监视技术,将掘进机、除尘风机、胶带运输机进行联动控制,可将复杂的巷道综掘施工作业线进行优化,大大节省了人力资源,减轻了劳动强度。
With the continuous improvement of coal mine mechanization degree ,the intelligent control theory is applied to the process of roadway comprehensive tunneling.Take advantage of PLC main controller ,industrial bus communication technologies and video surveillance technology ,linkage and control for the heading machine and dust removal fan ,belt conveyor.The complex comprehensive tun-neling roadway line will be optimized ,to a great extent ,saved the human resources and labor intensity.
