摘要
矿山多绳摩擦式提升机罐笼更换安全风险大、要求占用井口时间少。论文结合实践阐述了一种利用主绳悬挂油缸伸缩量来拆除旧罐笼、安装新罐笼安全便捷的施工方法。该施工方法主要由固定一侧罐笼钢丝绳,井口拆除另一侧罐笼尾绳并固定,将另一侧罐笼主绳悬挂装置与罐笼脱开,拉出另一侧旧罐笼,新罐笼进入井口,新罐笼与首绳悬挂装置、尾绳悬挂装置连接,解除一侧罐笼钢丝绳的约束,试运行等步骤组成。
Mining multi-rope friction hoist cage to replace big security risk ,requiring less time to occupy the wellhead.Paper describes the combined practice safe and convenient new cage construction method using telescopic cylinders amount ropes hanging cage to remove the old installation.T his construction method is mainly composed of fixed rope cage on one side ,the other side of the cage wellhead removal tail rope and fixed ,the other side of the cage and the cage ropes suspension disengaged ,pull the other side of the old cage ,new cage into the wellhead ,the new cage with the first rope suspension ,tail rope suspension device is connected ,the lifting rope cage side constraints ,commissioning and other steps.
