软弱泥岩顶板开切眼变形破坏与稳定性控制 被引量:4

摘要 为解决软弱泥岩顶板开切眼存在的支护难题,以潞安集团华亿五一煤业11101工作面开切眼为工程背景,采用现场调研、理论分析等方法分析,得出结论:开切眼围岩稳定性主要影响因素有软弱泥岩顶板、煤体结构、泥化底板、大断面及应力扰动。然后结合实际地质生产条件,提出了"高强锚杆支护+大直径锚索支护"为核心的控制技术,并阐述了其控制机理。工程实践表明,该项技术能够有效控制软弱泥岩顶板巷道围岩变形破坏,确保巷道稳定。 In order to solve the problem of supporting open-off cut roadway with a soft and weak mudstone roof, based on the open-off cut of 11101 working face in Huayi Wuyi Coal Industry of Lu’an Group as the engineering background,an analysis was conducted with site investigation,theoretical analysis and other methods.The conclusion showed that the major influence factors of the surrounding rock stability in the open-off cut would be the soft and weak mudstone roof,coal structure,muddy floor,large cross section and stress disturbulence.Then combined with actual geological and production conditions,the 'high strength bolt support+large diameter anchor support' as the key control technology was provided and the control mechanism was stated.The engineering practices showed that the technology could effectively control the surrounding rock deformation failure of the roadway with soft and weak mudstone roof,and could ensure the stability of the roadway.
