摘要
注浆法是解决施工中出现突水、涌泥问题的主要方法,而注浆材料的选择又是关键因素。对矿渣粉黏土水泥注浆浆液的黏度、流动性、析水率及立方体抗压强度进行试验研究,再与纯水泥浆液的性能作对比分析。试验结果表明,复合浆液的最佳配合比为:水胶比0.75,水泥替代率20%(即矿渣粉掺量10%,黏土掺量10%)。此时,复合浆液的黏度为30.34 s,流动性为135.25 mm,析水率为1.44%;3,7和28 d三个龄期结石体的抗压强度分别为5.865,9.263和14.351 MPa。
The grouting method is the main method to solve the problems of water inrush and gushing mud in engineering construction,and the selection of grouting material is the key factor for the application of grouting method.The viscosity, fluidity, water segregation rate and cubic compressive strength of slag powder,clay and cement grouting materials were examined in the test,and the properties of slag powder,clay and cement grouting materials were compared with the pure cement grouts.The test results showed that the optimal ratio of the composite slurry is 0.75, the cement substitution rate is 20%,namely,slag powder content is 10 percent, clay content is 10 percent, viscosity is 30.34 s, fluidity is 135.25 mm, water segregation rate is 1.44 percent. At different curing period of 3 d,7 d,and 28 d,the compressive strengths are 5.865 MPa,9.263 MPa and 14.351 MPa respectively.
