摘要
ZSYD1.0/40/60型移动式上向反井钻机,是国内首台可用于矿山工程施工中,向上钻凿大直径井孔的设备。介绍了该反井钻机设备参数、工作原理和装配工艺。该反井钻机较普通反井钻机功能多,结构复杂,运动部件配合精度高。主机装配之前,对其各部件装配顺序和工艺作了分析;并根据主机各部件功能和结构,结合现场实际装配条件,研究制定了一套切实可行的主机装配工艺方案。
The ZSYD1.0/40/60 movable type upward raise boring machine was the first equipment in China that could be used to upwardly drill large diameter boreholes in mine engineering construction.The paper had an introduction on the equipment parameters,working principle and assembling technology of this raise boring machine.In comparison with the conventional raise boring machines,this raise boring machine has more functions,complicated structure and high precision of moving parts.Before the assembling of the main engine,an analysis was conducted on the assembling sequence and technology of the parts;and according to the each parts function and structure of the main engine,in combination with the actual assembling conditions at the site,a set of the practical and feasible assembling technical plan of the main engine was researched and set up.
